KÓRDEL builds and maintains business systems for companies that cannot afford to have IT stop their business.
How we work
We run our own infrastructure: servers, mail, domains and deployment. The products we sell are the same ones we use every day.
That means two things. First: when something breaks, we see it at home before you do. Second: we do not sell you anything we have not tested with our own work on top of it.
We are a small company and we intend to stay small. We do not grow by adding people: we grow by adding system. That is why we can answer the same day instead of answering when our turn comes.

The data stays
Own infrastructure in the EU. No customer data to third parties.
No sweeping
If a project is not working, we say so. And if it is not for us, we say so anyway.
Answers in writing
Agreed deadlines, not promises. If there is no SLA, we say there is none.
