Backups that work
Continuous backup and tested restore. A backup that has never been restored is not a backup: it is a hope.
Where the data lives
Systems and data are operated on our own infrastructure within the European Union. Our products do not send customer data to third parties, nor use it for anything other than the contracted service.
This is a design decision, not a clause: if data has to leave, it has to be able to stay.
